Winter Crew change Schedule

AMHS Bid Process
Members,
When submitting for a bid position in AMHS it’s VERY important to make sure you double check the MQ list to see if you are missing anything.
Expiration dates for your training may have lapsed, so as you are checking things off, you should also make sure that your certificate is up to date even if you remember completing it.
Another important note: submit your bid as soon as possible so that AMHS can review it and see if you are missing any MQs. If you submit it close to the deadline it’s a scramble for them to review it and see if you are missing anything and then you’ll have to rush to complete anything missing.

Labor Day Event – Ketchikan AK
Members,
We were informed that several unions in Ketchikan are planning a get together on Labor Day to show support for the working class. If you are going to be in the area and have time, please stop by to this important event.
It will be at 648 Mission Street, Ketchikan at Noon to 1pm
Leave Donation Request – Travis Wells
Members:
Travis Wells is need of leave donations while he takes time off to
care for his spouse. If anyone is willing and able to donate leave,
please fill out a donation slip, you can find on your union website at
www.ibupak.org/forms or the purser can help with obtaining that for
you.
You will need to enter Travis Well’s Employee ID number which he
has agreed to have posted on the memo. It is 320984.
